The Company collects and uses the minimum necessary personal information to provide its services in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

A. Personal Information Processed Without the Consent of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(4) of the Personal Information Protection Act (conclusion and performance of contracts), the Company processes the following personal information without the consent of the data subject.

② When entering into entrustment contracts, the Company explicitly specifies in written agreements, in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, matters concerning: prohibition of personal information processing beyond the scope of entrusted tasks; technical and administrative safeguards; restrictions on re-entrustment; supervision and oversight of data processors; and liability including compensation for damages. The Company also supervises whether data processors handle personal information securely.

③ In accordance with Article 26(6) of the Personal Information Protection Act, when a data processor re-entrusts the Company's personal information processing operations, the Company's prior consent is required. The identity of sub-processors and the scope of re-entrusted tasks are disclosed through this Privacy Policy.

④ If the content of entrusted tasks or the identity of data processors changes, the Company will disclose such changes through this Privacy Policy without delay.

⑤ Cases where personal information processing is entrusted to overseas parties are addressed in Section 4 (Cross-Border Collection and Transfer of Personal Information).

3\. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

① The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been fulfilled.

② The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows:

A. Destruction Procedure The Company selects personal information subject to destruction and immediately destroys it within the Pantos NOW system.

B. Destruction Method Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format is destroyed in a manner that prevents recovery or reproduction. Personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

4\. Cross-Border Collection and Transfer of Personal Information

The Company transfers personal information collected from service users overseas as described below, and provides the following notice regarding cross-border transfers in accordance with Article 28-8(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act. If you refuse cross-border transfer, use of the service will not be possible. If you do not wish for your personal information to be transferred overseas, you may withdraw your membership via the website (Settings → Privacy Settings → Withdraw Membership) or request withdrawal by email at <ask.pantosnow@lxpantos.com>.

5\. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

A. Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, operation of a dedicated organizational unit.

B. Technical Measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems and other relevant protective measures, encryption of personal information, retention and review of access logs, installation and updating of security programs, vulnerability inspection and remediation of personal information processing systems.

C. Physical Measures: Access control for server rooms and data storage facilities, storage of documents and auxiliary storage media in secure locations with locking mechanisms, safety measures against disasters and calamities, and control over the import/export of auxiliary storage media.

6\. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them

① Data subjects may, at any time, request the Company to provide access to, transmit, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information, or to withdraw their consent (hereinafter "exercise of rights").

② Rights may be exercised against the Company in writing, by telephone, or by email in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Company will take action without delay.

③ Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent of the data subject. In such cases, a power of attorney in accordance with \[Annex 11] of the "Notice on Methods of Processing Personal Information" must be submitted.

④ The right of a data subject to request access to or suspension of processing of personal information may be restricted pursuant to Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

⑤ If the personal information is explicitly designated as a subject of collection under other laws and regulations, a request for deletion of such personal information cannot be made.

⑥ The Company verifies whether the person exercising rights is the data subject or a duly authorized representative.

⑦ Data subjects may exercise their rights through the department listed below. The Company will respond within 10 days of receiving a request (or without delay in the case of a data portability request).

7\. Installation, Operation, and Opt-Out of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

① The Company uses "cookies" that store and retrieve usage information in order to provide individualized services and convenience to data subjects.
