Purpose of processing personal information

5. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Methods of Exercising Rights
As a subject of personal information, you may exercise the following rights:

B. How to Exercise Your Rights
Requests for access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of personal information may be made to the people specified in ‘8. Contact information of the person and department in charge of personal information protection’ in writing, by phone or via e-mail. The Company will promptly take appropriate action upon receipt of such requests.
If a customer requests correction of errors in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if any incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will immediately notify the third party of the correction to ensure the accuracy of the information.
The Company shall process personal information that has been deleted at the request of the customer in accordance with the provisions of ‘2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information’ and ensure that it is treated in a way that prevents viewing or use for purposes other than those specified.

6. Destruction of Personal Information
The Company's procedures and methods of destroying personal information are as follows.
A. Destruction Procedure
If thirty (30) days have elapsed since the completion of the member's withdrawal process, or if the retention period of personal information has elapsed and the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information shall be destroyed without delay.
However, if it is required to be preserved due to the relevant laws and regulations, such as conversion of dormant accounts, personal information shall be securely stored in a separate DB for the applicable period and then destroyed in accordance with laws and regulations
B. Destruction method

In the case of records, print-outs, writings, or other recording media other than electronic files : Shredding or incineration
C. Period of Retention and Utilization
• The collected personal (credit) information will be retained and used from the date of consent to the collection until thirty (30) days after the completion of the withdrawal process from the Service (including cases where changes occur due to contract renewals, etc.). However, if it is necessary to be preserved in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, it will be retained until the applicable period and then destroyed.

The Company takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure the safety of customers' personal information so that it is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged in the processing of customers' personal information.

In order to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses, etc., the Company has installed and operated security programs. The Company also reflects and complies with matters required by laws and regulations, such as access control and encrypted storage of personal information.
B. Administrative Measures
The Company limits the number of persons in charge of handling personal information to a minimum, and educate individuals involved in personal information handling to raise awareness about the importance of personal information protection.
C. Physical Measures
The Company operates the personal information processing system in areas where access from the outside is restricted, and implements access control measures.

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the PantosNow Forwarding Platform among the Company's services, and a separate privacy policy may apply to other services of the Company

If there is any addition, deletion, or modification of the contents of this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through a notice at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
